Cancellation Policy

Deadlines are calculated from the cancellation date to the reserved check-in date.

Cancellation more than 15 days in advanceFull refund

Force majeure

In the event of duly accredited force majeure events (natural disasters, road closures by authorities), each case will be evaluated and rebooking offered at no extra charge.

Refund process

Refunds are processed within 10 business days from cancellation confirmation. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the booking.

Changes

Date changes are subject to availability and are free of charge if requested more than 15 days in advance. Within 15 days, any seasonal fare difference applies.
